Silent Silos South Dakota’s Missile Field - South Dakota Cultural Heritage Center

Though the disco music has stopped, we are already gearing up for our next exhibit. Here’s a first glimpse of our new exhibit: Silent Silos South Dakota’s Missile Field, a collaboration with the Minuteman Missile National Historic Site. The cases have been removed, the objects are back in storage, and the fantastic crew from buildings and grounds has started to paint over our groovy paint job. Make sure to keep watching this page as the installation progresses, and we look forward to seeing you after the exhibit opens May 31, 2019.
